Tool/Resource: Melbourne Subcortex Atlas
 
The Melbourne Subcortex Atlas is now integrated with the volumetric version of Schaefer's cortical atlas (200-, 300-, 400-parcel versions) in NIFTI format. It is now available in MNI152NLin6Asym and MNI152NLin2009cAsym space and for 1mm and 2mm isotropic resolutions.
