Changes:
1) Add a new rs-fMRI preprocessing pipeline. Now ACA has two
rs-fMRI preprocessing pipelines denoted by PathA and PathB. PathA
is the same as that in v1.0. PathB uses band-pass filtering,
nuisance variable regression before temporal filtering, and
calculating correlation map after regressing out nuisance
parameters.
2) Add a documentation file to explain data files.
