Possible NITRC Downtime October 17

A hardware upgrade in the San Diego Supercomputer Center (which hosts NITRC) October 17 will affect parts of the network in the Center. While NITRC should not be affected, downtime is possible between 9 PM and midnight (0100 to 0400 GMT on October 18).
