Dear Conn users,

I have been able to run the gPPI (ROI-ROI) analysis using the CONN toolbox successfully. Recently, I decided to add some additional ROIs (ROI masks generated with MarsBaR) to the existing project. I went back to the Setup part, added the new ROIs, and re-ran the Setup by clicking "Done."

However, after this, I encountered an issue saying "Not ready to start Denoising step." This is confusing because the only change I made was adding new ROI masks. The log file also indicates that step 4/7 (Importing Functional Data) was skipped, which might be related to the problem (I'm not sure). The error message said " Reference to non-existent field 'm_preproc'.", which I'm not sure what it means. 

I checked the project folder and confirmed that all the ROI_subject(n)_session(n) files were generated, so I am unsure what caused this problem. Can you provide any insight or solutions to resolve this issue?
