How to preprocess only the new two conditions added and not repeat preprocessing for all the previous data

Hello,

I have a very basic question. I have preprocessed all my data and then I decided to add two new "Conditions" in my analysis and when I try to denoise or do the first level analysis on the data, I get the errors like: "Error using conn_qaplots (line 597) Incorrect conditions in file /Volumes/harddrive7/conn_projectmat/data/COND_Subject001_Session001.mat. Re-run previous step"

and "Not ready to start first-level Analysis step

Some conditions (Cond1 Cond2 ) have not been processed yet. Please re-run previous step (Denoising)
Not ready to start first-level Analysis step"

Is there any way I can run preprocessing for just these two new conditions without preprocessing all the data again? Thank you for any help in advance.

I actually figured it out. I went to "-covariate tools-" and selected "update changes from setup to denoising tab". Now I can do my denoising and first level analysis steps with no error.
