I am a research assistant in an Aphasia Recovery Lab, and my PI is attempting to run an analysis on CONN and is running into an error message, 'Error extracting grey matter BOLD signal for subject'. She set up the rsfMRI analysis on CONN for 69 patients ( 25 controls and 44 patients). See attached screenshot 1. She got the following error message about issues extracting gray matter BOLD signal (screen shot 2), Is using the latest release of CONN (22.v2407). Do you have any suggestions on what we could do to negate this error? We originally analyzed the control and the patients' data separately and had no issues, but now we would like to analyze the data together. Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
