The main sMILX application features for viewing n-D images, vector images, DICOMs, anonymizing, shape analysis and models/surfaces with easy drag and drop functions. It also features a number of standard processing algorithms for smoothing, thresholding, masking etc. images and models, both with graphical user interfaces and/or via the command-line. See our YouTube channel for tutorial videos via the homepage. The applications are all built out of a uniform user-interface framework that provides a very high level (Qt) interface to powerful image processing and scientific visualisation algorithms from the Insight Toolkit (ITK) and Visualisation Toolkit (VTK). The framework allows one to build stand-alone medical imaging applications quickly and easily, while having a multitude of processing and visualisations built-in. 2017-10-16 4 - Beta Version 1.02 2017-7-06 4 - Beta Version 1.01 2016-9-15 4 - Beta Version 1.0 Release Candidate 2 2016-3-13 4 - Beta Version 1.0 Release Candidate 2015-11-02 4 - Beta Version 1.0 Beta 2 2015-6-23 4 - Beta Version 1.0 Beta 1 2015-1-30 4 - Beta Version 1.0 Alpha 2014-11-24 4 - Beta Version 0.99 Simple Medical Imaging Library Interface (SMILI) Shape Analysis, Algorithm or Reusable Library, Image Display, Animation, Surface Rendering, Volume Rendering, Platform or Development Environment, 4 - Beta, Domain Independent, End Users, Developers, BSD License, MacOS, Windows, Linux, Python, C++, ANALYZE, DICOM, Nrrd, NIfTI-1 http://stage.nitrcce.org/projects/smili/, http://smili-project.sourceforge.net/
