IIT Human Brain Atlas (v.5.0)
Yes
The IIT Human Brain Atlas (v.5.0) contains anatomical, DTI, HARDI templates, probabilistic gray matter labels, probabilistic connectivity-based white matter labels, and major fiber-bundles of the adult human brain in ICBM-152 space. Artifact-free MRI data from 72 subjects were used in the development of the atlas. All diffusion MRI data collection was conducted using Turboprop, and spatial normalization was accomplished in a population-based fashion.
If you use DTI-related resources of the atlas, please reference https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29414497/
If you use the gray matter or white matter labels, white matter bundles, structural connectome, or the regionconnect software, please reference https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33075560/
- The manual of the atlas (found in "Downloads") contains a description of the available resources of the atlas as well as a number of HOW TOs.
- Post questions or experiences with the atlas on the "Forums".
