[Homer2-developer] Bug with AtlasViewerGUI

This may be a minor issue and I feel like it should be posted here rather
than the User group
, but during the Register Atlas to Head size function

which calls
menuItemRegisterAtlasToHeadSize_Callback

which in turn runs a cost minimization on

ellipse_1020_costfun( x, headSize )


the ellipse_1020_costfun attempts to access headSize.AlAr

which is a local variable created during the
menuItemRegisterAtlasToHeadSize_Callback

It appears that AlAr was renamed to LPARPA at some point and not updated in
the cost function. Currently this error exists in both the standard release
and Developer verison of Homer2 as of 1/4/2017
