Hello veryone
I’d like to analyse some of the data obtained in the
Standard_Surface_Measures file. I’m particularly interested in measurements
of:
Cerebral cortical depth
Sulcal cortical depth
Gyral cortical depth
Sulcal curvature index
Gyral curvature index
Cerebral surface area 
Does anyone know which are the best measurements I can use from the
Standard_Surface_Measures file.
I ‘m making the following associations although I’m not sure about some of 
them (specially the ones which refer to the curvature index)
 
Cerebral cortical depth – TotalMeanDepth
Sulcal cortical depth - FundalMeanDepth 
Gyral cortical depth – GyralMeanDepth
Sulcal curvature index  - FundalSumCurvature or FundalMeanCurvature or
FundalSumSqCurvature ???
Gyral curvature index - GyralSumCurvature or GyralMeanCurvature or
GyralSumSqCurvature ???
Cerebral surface area – TotalSumArea
Does anyone if these associations are correct?. If they are correct, which
is the best measurement to study the curvature index?.
