   <title>MOCA: Metric Optimization for Computational Anatomy</title>

   <description>Dear All,&lt;br /&gt;

We are pleased to announce an initial release of our MOCA software toolkits for shape analysis is available for download at https://www.nitrc.org/projects/moca_2015/&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Both Linux and Windows versions are available. This release includes algorithms published in the following two papers: &lt;br /&gt;
