   <title>Volume fractions for free and fiber compartments uploaded!</title>
   <link>http://stage.nitrcce.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=4100</link>
   <description>The project has been updated with the free (isotropic) diffusion compartment (f0) and individual fiber fractions (f1, f2, f3) that were used in the data synthesis.  The volume fractions are not required for any data analysis or quantitative comparison performed by the software tools. Instead, they are provided to enable users to generate their own synthetic data (using the ground-truth fiber direction information) with custom diffusion models and/or parameters to synthesize the diffusion-weighted signal.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

   <title>Simulated DW-MRI brain data sets -- now released!</title>
   <link>http://stage.nitrcce.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=4059</link>
   <description>Over the past month, the remaining data sets, documentation, and quantitative tools (MATLAB scripts for evaluating estimated fiber orientations) have been uploaded. All data is published in NIfTI format. The project is now completely online and available for download.</description>
