Links to source code

Hi DKE users,

We now have source code available on GitHub at https://github.com/m-ama

We are no longer developing DKE. Instead, we are switching to NYU’s DESIGNER pipeline for processing DKI data. Our fork of their pipeline is at https://github.com/m-ama/DKI-Designer

Thanks,
Hi Everyone!

We would like to invite you to join the Kurtosis Imaging Network (KIN) - an open resource for researchers using Diffusional Kurtosis Imaging.
Currently the database only consists of healthy controls, but we are sending in requests for other data sets as well.

To access the KINImage Repository you will first need to become a member of KIN by clicking on join the team in the bottom left corner of the KIN NITRC home page (http://www.nitrc.org/projects/kin).

We welcome you to contribute images, click on upload data and you will receive upload instructions by email.

Thank you everyone that already contributed data and for showing interest in the KIN project!
Best
The KIN team
