New FSL-SPGR pipeline

The new zip file @ sourceforge.net/projects/camba, i.e. "camba-addons/2.3.0/fsl-spgr.zip", give you a pipeline designed to separate White/Gray/CSF matter from a T1 image. It is designed for the so-called SPGR image.
Please note that you do need to download FSL separately from http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl and install it as camba-2.3.0/plugins/uk.ac.ox.fmrib.fsl/software/fsl

Updates of CamBA Pipelines

Please find attached updates to CGLM pipeline and Hurst Pipeline. The changes are

CGLM: Extra regressors are now double value instead of integer. Also, there is no min/max range restriction as in previous

Hurst: You can now attached RETROICOR to two location in the preprocessing.

SGE and PPSS Engines Available

We had completed both SUN SGE Engine and PPSS Engine implementation for CamBA.

To use it, go to CamBA's sourceforge.net site. Browse into directory camba-addon->camba2.3.0 download gfx-sge-ppss.zip and unzip it inside your camba-2.3.0 directory. Then restart CamBA.

You now have Run->Run with SGE... and Run->Run with PPSS menu items. This works exactly like Run->Run menu item you are familiar with.

WBIC users please make sure you download gfx-sge-wbic.only.zip as well. This download loads WBIC's SGE specific setting into the SGE Engine Run dialog.

Please make sure you read the help files for SGE Engine for CamBA before you starts. It is available in Help->Help->Content->SGE Engine.

How does this works? It parallelizes all dataset<N>.sh jobs. Then upon their completion, runs groupset<N+1>.sh.

CamBA 2.1.0 Released

CamBA 2.1.0 Released.

This version contains the updated user interface. Most of the changes are cosmetic. For example, changing the name of parameter values of TSAfx to make it clearer/more intuitive. More significant modification of the UI is documented later in this news item.

It uses the same version of camba programs as in CamBA 2.0.0.

Changes:

(1) You can only have one extra regressor for CANOVA. The regressor can only take on two values.

(2) After your pipeline is created by CGLM wizard, it will ensure that the only valid parameter values and valid parameters are available to you.

(3) Interaction parameter in CGLM (where applicable) is now a binary switch between yes/no.

CamBA 2.0.0 Released
