It has come to our attention (thanks to Eleftherios Garyfallidis) that there is a mismatch between the voxel size as given by the pixel resolution and the voxel size if you extract it using the affine information for the diffusion weighted data (DWI). The header info of the data has been corrected. See the "Error in affine matrix.pdf" file for more information regarding the exact error and the solution.

The 2.0 Version has the identical de-faced masks, bval and bvecs files as V1.1; the only thing that has been changed is part of the header info.
