   <title>parktdi Motion-corrected diffusion-weighted images</title>

   <description>This is a tar.gz archive containing the diffusion-weighted images (DWIs) used in the study. The data has been preprocessed for motion correction using interleaved b=0 images as described in the manuscript. The diffusion-weighted images have been split by diffusion shell and the b=0 images have been averaged and placed at the beginning of each data set. Images are placed in 121 volume 4D compressed NiFTi files, with the b=0 images first. Gradient vectors and b-values for each set are provided in clear text files (as used in FSL) alongside the DWIs. No further preprocessing should be required for this data.</description>
