stark_aging Structural - DTI Session MPRAGE and G/W/CSF segmentation

All images included here are from a standard MP-RAGE pulse sequence collected on a
Philips 3T scanner in the laboratory of Dr. Craig Stark (cestark@uci.edu) and as a
part of an NIA sponsored grant to Dr. Stark. Any use of these data must acknowledge
this grant (NIA R01 AG034613) and NITRC.

You'll note that the head is tipped in a non-canonical orientation of approximately
30 degrees rotation along L-R from typical AC-PC. These scans were all collected as
part of a study on age effects in the hippocampus and are aligned as such.
In addition to these scans, we have several more MP-RAGE scans taken of each individual
within several weeks or months that can be used for validation purposes, fixing cases
of poor data, etc. These images are the ones taken during the DTI session, however.
