   <description>This package contains the ground truth fibers of the replicated FiberCup dataset. The ground truth fibers are provided in TrackVis (.trk) and VTK (.vtk, .fib) file format. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Note that the fibers are in the space of the original FiberCup file. To match the simulated FiberCup datasets, the fibers have to be mirrored sagitally and coronally (possible e.g. using MITK Diffusion).</description>

A description of the individual files can be found below. All files have been created with the Fiberfox tool that is included in MITK Diffusion.
