WFU PickAtlas 3 3.0.5 (SPM12 or SPM8 revision 4010+ Update)

This release only includes no new functionality. It only incorperates changes necessary usage with SPM12. It is still compatable with Matlab 2008a or BETTER.

For SPM12 or SPM8 revision 4010 or BETTER using Matlab 2008a or BETTER

Version 2.5 is for SPM8 Revision 4010 or better. Please use the manual from version 2.4 for reference.

SPM8 Updates:
Update to PickAtlas functions and rewritten SPM functions to allow working with SPM8. To install, overwrite files in wfu_pickatlas with those found in the the update archive.

aal_MNI_V4.txt corrects:
Frontal_Mid_Orb_L --> region value 9
Frontal_Mid_Orb_R --> region value 10
Frontal_Mid_Orb_L --> region value 25
Frontal_Mid_Orb_R --> region value 26

to:
Frontal_Mid_Orb_L --> region value 9
Frontal_Mid_Orb_R --> region value 10
Frontal_Med_Orb_L --> region value 25
Frontal_Med_Orb_R --> region value 26
