   <title>Cygwin-executables Cygwin executables</title>
   <link>http://stage.nitrcce.org/project/showfiles.php?group_id=310&amp;release_id=2165</link>
<description>These are updated executables for Cygwin.  I had some problems compiling under the newest Cygwin release (Cygwin_NT-6.1-WOW64-i686) because many components need stardard system include files like stdarg.h.  The gcc compiler could not locate these under the newest release.  The executables in this release were compiled under Cygwin_NT-51.i686, but they should run under any 32-bit Cygwin release.  I have not thoroughly tested Cygwin/X installations, but when you install Cygwin/X, include the default installation and also change these packages from &amp;quot;default&amp;quot; to &amp;quot;install&amp;quot;: X11, Devel, editors, libs, math, shells</description>
