How to use code in MATLAB to invoke NIRS_KIT for anova?

Dear all,

Hi, could you please help me?

I am unable to successfully use code in MATLAB to call nirs_kit for anova of near-infrared data in .mat files. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks a lot!

FC Matrix Thresholding

Hi,

I am a beginner in using NIRS_KIT to analyze my fNIRS data.

I performed FC Matrix Analysis and I obtained a txt file as output file. I managed to visualize the matrix contained in the txt file but the thresholding option is not available anymore (please see attached). Is there a way to save the results of the FC matrix analysis in a matlab file, like its done with the other FC analyses, in order to threshold the map?

Thank you,
Best regards,
SC regressor covariates

Good morning (Or shall I say good evening?)

My name is Maya, I am a PHD student from Tel-Aviv University.

First, I'd like to thank you for this Kit, it looks very promising!

I am confused about the regressor covariates files for the short channels. Can you please explain what is the data I need to provide and how do I obtain it?

In appreciation,
Professor Hou,

I'm Naohiro KIMURA.

I'm terribly sorry.

I didn't know the rule that only academic users could use it.

I deleted all files of NIRS-KIT.

So I withdraw the previous request.

Yours faithfully,
Professor Hou,

Good morning.

I'm Naohiro KIMURA. I am a researcher of Japanese company.

I am analyzing fNIRS data by NIRS-KIT.

I did read "NIRS-KIT User Manual" several times,
but I couldn't understand the detail of "Correlation analysis".

I hate to trouble you, but I wonder if it would be possible for me
to get the sample files of "Correlation Metric" and "Covariates".
(-> p.27, Fig.4.24 Correlation analysis of group-level statistics.)

Yours faithfully,
Hi, everyone.

I'm Naohiro KIMURA. I am a researcher.

I want to use NIRS-KIT for my analysis, so tried to read its manual several times.

It would be grateful if you could show me the sample files for "Correlation Metric" and "Covariates" ?
