Help loading the data

Hello,

I´m using the software for a university Project. I´ve downloaded the "Sample Data" available on the website and the fibre bundle doesn´t apper. Also when trying to reupload the file "aparc+aseg" to create regional models, the options do not appear.

Hi Dani,

There is no need for installation, only thing that is required to do is adding it to slicer through "extension wizard", "Select Extension" and choose the "MultiXplore" directory inside of the downloaded folder, new module will be added to the list of modules in 3D Slicer (under Examples category).
We are preparing a manual and a paper on this module that will be published soon.

Dear colleagues,
can you provide a bit more information how to install your tool?
Using the slicer function 'install extension from file' it does not work. Error message: 'no extension description found in archive '/Users/noname/Downloads/MultiXplore.zip''.

Using the Python interactor inside slicer did not work as well or I may did something wrong.
Some more information how to install your tool would be wonderful!
