How to edit segmentation map (BraTuMIA)

Hi is there a way to edit the segmentation map?

I have got non-tumour areas added in the map that should not belong - ie: CSF space, clearly non-tumour regions)
Is there a way to 'exclude/remove' these areas?

hi every one
is there any way to extract and save just on of the created segmented regions? I would like to save just enhanced region of the tumor (not necrotic, un-enhanced or edema) and then import it into another software.

Thanks for the feedback. No command line yet I’m afraid. You can run the batch mode. Not sure how easy it’d be to connect it within a pipeline, though

Bratumia requires all 4 modalities to operate. We have some YouTube videos online where you can see some basics
