What is Pearson (outlier rejection)?

     I want to know what is the Pearson (outlier  rejection) in the  Correlation ROIS part, and what's the differences between the normal product-moment correlation?

Number of trials generated after performing model estimation

Hi all.
I have a run consisting of two conditions, each with 201 trials. However, after model estimation, the generated trial count is 409. Is this because of 201 multiplied by 2 (conditions) + 6 motion parameters + 1 global mean? If I want to extract beta values for both conditions, do I only need to focus on the first 402 beta maps?
I would appreciate any response.

Hi,
the conditions 1 and 3 are the conditions in which pictures with emotional content were presented (involving one or two persons, respectively). Conditions 2 and 4 refer to neutral pictures involving one or two persons. Specifying 1 would result in a beta-series für the condition "emotional and single person". If one is interested in the main effect of emotion one would specify [1 3].

Question about ROI based network analysis in the BASCO_V2

In the ROI based network analysis section of the manual, why are conditions 1 and 3 selected and what conditions do these two numbers represent? As I understand it, shouldn't it be about selecting a specific condition separately, such as 1, and then looking at the correlation between the two ROI β-series under that condition?

Can't seem to debug this. Any help is appreciated! Trying to run it for 1 subject wilh 6 runs. Run1 processes without any error and then I get an error in run2 -

Dealing with missed trials?

Hello,
Does anyone have a suggestion regarding how to handle missed trials when using BASCO? I'm hitting a snag because each run/participant does not have missed trials, so I get an error when I include missed trials as a condition. I was considering regressing out variance associated with missed trials before inputting the data to BASCO, but I'm not quite sure if this would be a legitimate approach to dealing with the issue. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

After I selected 'Network edges' form the pull-down menu 'Network analysis', I hit the button 'View NW' to created .node and .edge files. However, it didn't work and reported the errors as follows. At that time, I used matlab r2018a under windows 10.
