Newer converter available

Dear NIRx user,
In the meanwhile we have done a lot of progress and provide a more comprehensive script (batch conversion available as well) that also takes into account your probeInfo file and automatically creates the corresponding SD structure. Please download it from the NIRx Help Center - https://support.nirx.de/ You may need to request registration if you aren't a user already.

Newer versions of NIRStar and Aurora automatically export to .nirs as well.

Problems with nirx2nirs

Hi everyone,

I recorded some data with nirx, put the .wl1, .wl2 and the .hdr fle in a folder together with a .SD file I created using the SDgui.
Once running the nirx2nirs file I get the following error in Matlab:

Subscript indices must either be real positive integers or logicals.

Error in NIRx2nirs (line 109)
s(events(find(events(:,1)==markertypes(i)),2),i) = 1;

Any ideas why this happens? Any help is highly appreciated!!
Dear Robert Cooper,

I'm using NIRX system, and I want to convert the NIRX data to .nirs with your NIRX2nirs and then use HomER2 for analysis, but I found it hard to build a .SD file required. I could not figure it out with SDgui, and I don't know why. Could you help me? Thanks so much.
