Hello Anderson!

I am sorry about the confusion. The glasses are red/cyan. Looking forward to seeing your 3D images!

Cheers,
Hey Cameron,
The glasses that you'll be distributing are red-blue or red-cyan? In other words: what are the glasses needed to see Slicer anaglyph images?
If you include a anaglyph on your poster, please don't forget to acknowledge Gonzalo:

Poster number: 788
Display days: Monday and Tuesday
Abstract title: "Applications of stereoscopic 3D in morphometric and functional imaging"
Authors: Gonzalo M. Rojas, Marcelo Gálvez, Jorge Cordovez, Daniel S. Margulies, F. Xavier Castellanos, Michael P. Milham

Also, Maarten came up with a logo to indicate that your poster is "3D friendly!".

Cheers,
Full glass brains hard to navigate

Hi All,

using the 3D slicer to make 3D anaglyphic images of the brain we found it hard to 'navigate' when looking at the all glass brains (see attached image). Because point of reference would be clear, it was sometimes very hard to know at what angle you were looking at the brain (even hard to distinguish front from back).

As a solution we decided to put in some reference slices, which turned out to be a real help. See the attached image.

Curious to see how other people dealt with this issue.
