The meaning of file name

May I know the meaning of the file name in the 'Package: ADHD Preproc NIAK'? Is 'NYU fmri data' preprocessing data?

I downloaded all of the Athena and NIAK data. I will classify, but I don't know how to use this data. How do I create functional connectivity? What data will I provide as input to the classification network? I would be glad if you help.

Problems regarding ADHD200 Dataset

Hello ,

I am new to Neuroimaging and i want to pursue research on ADHD 200 datasets for classification of ADHD/TD.

As we know that NITRC has made available preprocessed data from 8 different sites , i am having few doubts to start with.

1. Do we need to download data from all 8 sites or few site will work .
2. For a particular site data, what all files i need to download.
3. How to find the ground truth used in the project (e.g. dx = 0,1,2,3 , what is the category corresponding to 2 and 3 ).
4. How to know sequence /processing of different files .

I've successfully downloaded the images, but the phenotypic file of the training data is nowhere to be found. Would someone be able to guide me through finding the phenotypic file for the 776 ADHD participants?

I'm trying to download the pre-processed ADHD200 using Athena pipeline but the links are not working...

I tried at Chrome and Firefox, not of them works...

Can somebody help me?

ADHD200_Peking_Data

I found the total number of peking-data is 259,But I only found 249 subjects after i downloaded dataset1,dataset2 and dataset3 from peking site.
So i wonder what is the actual number of Peking data?
And also I don't know what's meaning of dataset1, dataset2 and dataset3.
Could I put them together to do the analysis?
