What type of Operating System (Max, Linux, Windows) are you using?

We have some updates that haven't been published as a Slicer extension.

I could generate the latest version for you.

Hi,

I am trying to run DTIAtlasFiberAnalyzer within Slicer. And while following the steps indicated in the tutorial, I get the following error :

Hi

I'm trying to run "dti_tract_stat_1.4_linux64"on the workstation with Centos 6.5.
It was fine while loading CVS. However when I selected Fibers and clicked "Apply", the error showed up in the terminal, saying "error while loadingshared libraries: libITKAlgorithms.so.3.20: cannot open shared object file:nosuch file or directory Fail duringfiberprocess".
Do you have any clues to solve this problem? Thanks!
