Slices missing in Chi-square plot

Hello,

Is support still offered for this package? I am having a problem with one section of the script where the chi-square data is mapped and plotted. Some of my slices in my "map" are determined to be NaN, when there really should be data there (lines 371-378). The resulting chi-square plot then shows uniform horizontal strips of dark blue which look like artifacts but are just missing data points. If anyone could help me troubleshoot this section of the code or at least point me to where these values are being pulled from I would really appreciate it.

Thank you,
