Negative Life Events scale coding

Hello - the data we're seeing in NLES_P are inconsistent with the data dictionary. For example, item 01a according to the data dictionary is binary (1/0, yes/no), but we are seeing values of 2 in the data. I have confirmed this both from the data we've downloaded but also on LORIS itself.

What does a 2 mean for the 0/1, yes/no questions?

Thank you!

Corrupt MRI data

Hello,

I am attempting to uncompress several MRI files that seem to be corrupt. For example, when using 'gunzip' or 'tar' commands, I get errors such as

"gzip: sub-NDARMK046ZRK.tar.gz: unexpected end of file"

"gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--format violated"
"tar: Unexpected EOF in archive"

I believe the commands are correct as most files unzip successfully, only a few do not. Unzipping via GUI also results in an error. Searching for these errors online suggests the files may have been corrupted either while zipping or during the file transfer process. I have attempted to redownload and transfer to my workspace a number of different ways/times. Specifically using Cyberduck and Globus, which both ensure file integrity.

It is unclear where this issue may have arisen and I wanted to raise awareness. Is it possible to confirm the file integrity on your end before/after zipping and update the download links?

Thank you for reaching out. ADOS scores are not currently released but will be included in a future release. The scores will be incorporated in the phenotypic dataset. We will mention the release of ADOS scores in the release note. Thank you.

Hi,

I am a researcher working with the HBN dataset. After completion of the DUA and getting your approval, we downloaded all phenotypic data from LORIS.

Is there any ongoing procedure to release and provide ADOS scores for the HBN individuals diagnosed with ASD? Should we expect these scores being released to be incorporated in the phenotypic dataset in the near future?

Thanks,

RE: Requesting for identifying the contol subjects of CMI-HBN

Hi Debashis,

Diagnosis information (and all phenotypic information) is available on LORIS (and COINS), upon completion of a DUA.

Please follow the instructions at https://data.healthybrainnetwork.org/main to access Diagnosis_ClinicianConsensus and Diagnosis_KSADS instruments and data dictionaries.

Please note that Diagnosis_ClinicianConsensus lists multiple diagnoses for each participant and that each diagnosis is accompanied by other helpful information (e.g., whether the diagnosis is confirmed). The data dictionaries will help you navigate through the instruments.

For more information about the HBN project and datasets, please visit https://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/cmi_healthy_brain_network/

However, I did not find the control subjects from the dataset. I did not find the table "Diagnosis_ClinicianConsensus". Please, help me how to get those data.
